Abortion

 I know that's a huge word these days.

And this is a huge controversary these days. 

With so many components!

I do understand the plight of a young woman who drank too much alcohol or took drugs and couldn't resist temptation. I was there. I've had an abortion when I was a young woman. I also have given a baby up for adoption as a teen and of course I have my son and my daughter. 

So, I feel good about looking at this subject. 

I understand if you feel like you wouldn't be a good mother. I understand you didn't mean to get pregnant. I know its inconvenient. And looking back at myself I would say, "Well you should have kept your legs together!" My grandmother always told us to 'keep a dime between your knees'. If you don't do the sex, you wouldn't be burdened with an unwanted pregnancy.

I believe it was the 1960's when they got the love part a little twisted. I believe they confused sex with love. They developed the freedom to love who you want, or who you're with. It was terrible because they were thinking they were doing right. Sad.

This is also like the behavior in the Old Testament. Before GOD created order out of disorder, people lived like animals. Although there is the fact that some animals mate for life! But there were some habits that people had, that were not that good. They were 'lascivious'. They were not how GOD wanted US to be. As HIS PEOPLE, HE wanted us to be like HIM, the husband of one wife. GOD knew any more than that would cause trouble. 

So, in the 60's they just reverted back to living like animals do. During that time, it became something to look forward to as a young girl grew up. Even tho in the end it was found to offend.

However, in the USA the majority of people have morals and ethics. This is proven with the trans man on the side of But Light, the American People are not going along with that crap!

 I believe that most PEOPLE love GOD, and we like the morals and ethics and restrictions that the Bible gives US! This natural idea is not new! And neither is it restricted to the USA! There are people around the world who celebrate TRUTH and LOVE.

As much as I could argue this subject all day long with myself, I am going to stand on the word of GOD! Did y'all know I wrote a song called Standing On The Word of GOD? You can find it on YouTube under Nancy Pope with the picture of my grey hair covering my face. Years ago I posted a handful of songs that mean a lot to me. But for sure I wrote the SOTWOG song, and it still inspires me today!

So here I go standing, even tho I understand the pain of an unplanned pregnancy. 

GOD IS THE GOD OF THE LIVING

And that means that LIFE is precious and loaded with potential!

And LIFE should be held as sacred.

Even tho this world is filled with evil ones who do harm to babies, we must always go on the assumption that you are saving a soul, not just a baby. Let's not be a person who has little or no respect for another person. Let's just not do that! We do like to receive respect so let's give it to get it!

 There are people around the world who have no qualms about murdering another human. But it seems if it was their momma or their kid or cousin, they don't want the same visited on their own.

This is the greatest time to be alive! 

We are going to get to see the final battle!

And we already know who's going to win! Too bad everyone doesn't know that in the end GOD wins! 

And what will we have then?

A people who knows it's wrong to give your bodies away for a thrill of a few minutes! A people who teaches the children not to be hoes. Not to put your mind on such self-pleasing things. Will there still be kids who come up pregnant? Probably, but GODLY people accept new life into their hearts and homes and see a new child as a gift.  

Gone will be those who sit in judgment on all things for all people.

And young adults will have a new way of thinking about how precious and important it is to be a virgin! And there will be no drama that goes along with ex's and bouncing children around here and there depending on a whim of a parent who is full of hate for the ex.

Y'all the devil is trying to ruin our LIFE!

GOD has a better plan for US!

When everyone in the world gets to know Jesus, the man, the legend, we will learn a new way to live! And I believe that when we get there, we won't have to suffer child pregnancy or having half naked people parading lewdness in our streets showing defiance to GOD.
