Oh Let Us Be Thankful
So I am sitting here alone at the table.
To me I am Thankful Everyday! I Praise GOD everyday!
I also think about all the people who have fantastic families. How PEOPLE come together on this day every year to show up for a day for all to come together in one accord and be Thankful. Remember it was the Pilgrims and the Native Americans who knew that it was GOD who helped them come together to help each other. To be Thankful for the LOVE OF GOD expressed through men and women who knew HIM!
For me, its NOT about the food. Even tho my sin is gluttony, which I fight with daily. So it doesn't bring me down to have a piece of pork and eggs. It was very tasty. I don't think I am envious of families who have it all together... I am HAPPY for them that they can live with GOD and celebrate life long traditions. But I know its not about the tradition but about the GOD OF LOVE who brought men together to help one another in life.
We all have blessings, we all have jobs to do. And all the extra that goes along with it. I was listening to a preacher today. Doesn't matter which one. He was talking about how Jesus fed a multitude. Many believe that food magically was created out of nothing. Now, I have read the original Hebrew/Greek study Bible and my idea is something different. I believe that day when he grabbed some food from a family and prayed over it... slowly Jesus taught the people to share and all the families pulled out what they had and shared it with one another and all were satisfied! I believe up until that point, the objective of the people was self centered. And at that day, they learned to think of others they learned to care and share. Even created by the PEOPLE today... we still feed the needy. I should know... I live in poverty. And my clinic gives me fruits and veggies and other things, 2 times a month! My first day there I felt like it was Christmas! And I have enjoyed going. I get food education too... keeps me on the ball and I Thank GOD for those girls who run the place!
Now I know I'm not saying what Hollywood says... I am saying what I learned in my studies of GODS WORD. Just like I believe that Lots wife didn't magically turn into a statue. She was squashed like a bug under a huge pillar of salt that came down on her. She turned around, because her heart was in the city with family and friends... so GOD saw fit to let her stay there in spirit. Every thing has a reason. And only God can create and judge us. HE does give us a free will, so that we can mess up if we really want to.
Its easy to get by if we keep GOD in the mix. You know since even before Jesus, people knew the difference between right and wrong. It was recorded in Genesis. Which really wasn't the first people like Hollywood says. It was the exposure of equality among PEOPLE. GOD believed that people were all born with the right to live the best they could. Some lived off the land as farmers... and some lived in high places and never worked a day in their life.
Its always been that way.
But for the ones who are blessed the most, more is required of them.
We see this in our society today.
The problem is with the corruption. The ones who will stab a friend in the back for personal gain. You see that is the same attitude the people had before Jesus taught them to care and share! You know there have been many good people and places at different times of Universal LIFE.
We didn't come from an experiment. We are born of flesh and blood and if we're lucky you gain the SPIRIT of GOD! I mean, many, many generations... holding on to the LAW OF LOVE!
Mens laws. When they become corrupt, its really bad for everyone! Not just a certain race or creed or doctrine. We all suffer under evil in high places. Trouble is some people believe lies of Satan. Satan can come to you in a beautiful form, so beware! Use GODS SPIRIT to discern who is who. Because long ago they didn't know the difference. GOD created ORDER out of chaos... and we became a gentle people instead of a warrior people. Out with the old and in with the NEW...
The New Testament is where it's at! So please start with the New Testament. Just go get you a complete Bible and start with the New Testament. We are stilling LIVING PROOF that GOD IS GOOD and WILL ALWAYS be GOOD! GOD will tell you to DO GOOD to OTHER PEOPLE
Its the PEOPLE that CARE about other people... you ever heard that THE MEEK shall inherit the earth? Its when people lower themselves... they are humble because they know they can't do anything without GOD! Our flesh can sometimes be weak. Like when I over eat. Its my sin. We all have sin. No one is perfect. The struggle is to learn to become A PERFECT PEOPLE through Jesus who died as the final sacrifice for sin. No one should have to die for their sin. Its a struggle. And think about the ones who are strong in the Lord and can control what they eat or drink... or play with.
GOD gives us the information that we need to learn from the people who came before us. With most people the truth is easy to see. But with some of the not so strong ones, they are deceived by demons who go out searching whom they may devour.
Is why I am here alone right now. Oh don't feel sorry for me I have so much love of people who have made sure I have eaten very well today! I don't let to many close to me. Sometimes I dream about having a little hole in the side of a mountain... But GOD says don't hide. HE has given me so many opportunities to help others! I love it! Even though I have been raped and deceived... having my life hanging in the upper corner of the room... looking down on myself being stripped naked and beaten. Some old army rule that one of my stepfathers taught my mother. "Make em' feel the pain," he said.
This is why I am thankful today... GOD always gets me on these paths... this time its a young couple with a puppy. I can't help it. Its what I do. Getting spiritually straight and keeping the faith... knowing that The Lord is with US! Helping others to a good dose of a godly LOVE... nothing given with the expectation of being repaid for a deed done good. But sometimes GOD doesn't reward you exactly the way you had planned. GOD in HIS OWN WISDOM and UNDERSTANDING knows what you need when you need it and how you need it!
I am really happy for those who have a good family who is doing the right thing, even though they do it out of tradition, they are STILL GOOD! They are held tightly in this great tapestry of life bound together by the BLOOD!
We all bleed red blood. We all matter to GOD.
If you know someone who is down on their luck, try to be a positive influence that encourages them to do the right thing.
I and a lot of PEOPLE are wondering... why is it that a body isn't encouraged to develop a relationship with GOD, until they are in the prisons and jails. Why is it that this giving of the SPIRIT in lock up with some really BAD PEOPLE... Why does it work so well?
Seems like we should just get it started back in Grade school...
Bring GOD back into the hearts and minds of THE PEOPLE!
It's so easy to believe lies... some liars are real good at it. But Thank GOD for the SPIRIT that Jesus left for US… The Holy Ghost... It IS our relationship with GOD, no matter who or what you are. GOD loves US that much... and it is US LOVING the ones who came before us and loving the ones who will come after US... no matter... it will always be US... blessed by GOD... inspired by others who carry on THAT SPIRIT!
You know... its all about when Jesus will come and where is HE now?
HE is already here WITH US... We are a good people and we are a godly PEOPLE...
With the Father comes the son... Our Brother in Christ!
As we recognize what is bad and we fight against the bad... we learn the hard way. Now don't you want to be apart of a family blessed by GOD with many souls to love and care about each other!
I know this sort of goes against what we have been shown lately... So many are lost... but not to many that we can't help them.... when you see evil fight against it... if you have a friend or relative going down the wrong road... share with them the LOVE OF GOD!
That wonderful peaceful respectful one who does well. And all the others doing well by the LOVE of GOD! So now its ripe and ready... the fruit off the vine... the WISDOM of OLD... and NEW...
Because soon enough you'll be old to... realizing the importance of life... and the ways of old... to have it MORE ABUNDANTLY! The Better LIFE..
Pray for the others... speak from within, not just crazy nonsense some people have with vain repetitions... give it a THOUGHT... You don't have to go far to find THE GOD... THE GOD that spreads THE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER, not the hate.
There's to much hate in the world... to much defiance. Calm down and...
FEEL THE LOVE! Ask The god of LOVE to come into your heart and mind... showing you things with the eyes of THE WIZE... Praise GOD, Thank You Jesus!
